(ENZ810) Irish Moss is used commonly among homebrewers. It is added at the last 10-15 minutes of the boiling process to help eliminate the chance of a protein haze in your brew. Its use is highly recommended, particularly if you are using any grain or other ingredients that contains protein. Recommended dose is 1 Tablespoon per 5 gallon batch of beer. Comes in a one ounce package.
