Creating An Account:
The easiest way to create an account is to do so as you check-out with your first order.
Once you click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button from the shopping cart page, you will be taken to another page where you can either log into an existing account or create a new one.
Once a new account is created you can then place your order.

Logging In To Your Account:
You can log into an existing account anytime you like by clicking on the "Login / My Account" button that is at the top of every page.
To log in, you will need to know the email address and password you used when setting up the account.
Forgot Password
If you forgot the password you used when setting up your account, just go to "Login / My Account". From there click on the "Forgot Password?" link to get your password emailed to you.

Type in the email address you used when setting up your account and the zip code of your billing address. Click the "Recover" button and an email will be immediately sent to you that contains the password.
Depending on your email service provider, it can take up to 1 or 2 minutes for you to receive the email, so be please be patient. |

Editing Your Account Information:
To edit your billing information, log-in to your account by clicking on the "Login / My Account" link that is at the top of every page.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Edit Account Information" link. From there you will be able to edit your billing address and phone contact information.
To change your password, just log-in to your account and click on the "Change Password" link. Once there you can change your password to anything you like up to 16 characters.

Checking Order Status:
To check the status of an order, log-in to your account by clicking on the "Order Status" link that is at the top of every page.
Once you are logged in, click on the "Check Web Order Status" link. From there you will see a listing of all orders placed with us through the website and their status.

Orders placed by either phone, mail or fax are not available on our website. For information about these orders you can call us during office hours at 1-800-353-1906 (Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm CST).

Viewing Your Shopping Cart:
Once you have placed at least one item in your shopping cart, you can return to it at anytime you like by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of every page.
On the shopping cart page you can view and edit all the items in your cart. You can change the quantity of each item you would like to order. You can also remove any item in the shopping cart before placing your order.
Not done shopping? Then just click on the "Continue Shopping" link from your shopping cart to go back to the departments.
