(WD120) These toasted white oak chips are designed to give an aging effect that is similar to using a new oak barrel. These chips have been sap cleared and dried for several years then given a medium toast. Very easy to use. Just boil in water for 10 minutes and add to your wine. Can be added during fermentation, but we recommend that they be added after fermentation during the aging process. Also, can be used to age distilled spirits. Comes with complete directions.
