DESCRIPTION
[KF117] (Pee-noe-tahj) Developed in 1925, Pinotage is a cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsault, the latter being known as Hermitage in South Africa, hence the name. This full-bodied red wine shows good depth of flavor, with an elegant and velvety texture. Fruit-forward aromas and flavors of red fruits, cherry, blackberry and plum will dominate. Through subtle oak aging, notes of cedar, spice and cocoa will develop. Includes a "Harvest Crush" grape pack for fermenting on the skins.

This 18L ultra-premium ingredient kit makes 30 bottles (6 gallons) of wine. All of the additional ingredients you will need are included in the kit, and are pre-measured along with fool-proof directions. Ready in just 6 weeks.
